Excellent Tour with Dimu from Pearl of Ocean!

My wife and I (from Wales and Italy) had an incredible experience with Dimu from Pearl of Ocean during our visit to Sri Lanka in February 2025. From the moment we arrived, Dimu went above and beyond—greeting us at the airport with a sign and refreshing bottles of water, which was much appreciated after a long flight.

Throughout our journey, Dimu was not only a fantastic driver but also a knowledgeable guide, sharing fascinating insights about Sri Lanka’s history, including the influences of the Dutch, Portuguese, and British empires. We traveled through Colombo, Sigiriya Rock, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, and Galle, and at every stop, he made sure we had the best experience. His car was spotless, air-conditioned, and very comfortable for long journeys.

One of the highlights was his help in negotiating with local tour guides, ensuring we got great deals and authentic experiences. He also took us to a beautiful tea plantation and a garden with fresh, homemade herbal medicines, which was absolutely amazing.

Dimu’s professionalism, kindness, and deep knowledge made our trip truly special. We will definitely be returning to explore the north of Sri Lanka with him. Highly recommended! Thanks again, Dimu!
